About Octava
A new studio building for the long century.
Octava Properties LLC is a young development and management studio based in Marion, Virginia. We started Octava because we love this town and believe its next chapter deserves buildings made with intention.
Our first slate is small on purpose — a handful of residential and mixed-use projects along West Main and the surrounding blocks. We design, build and manage every one ourselves.
We're privately held, locally rooted, and in no rush. We'd rather do three things well than thirty things at speed.
